JUDr. Jakub Kanický
As an independent attorney-at-law (“advokát” under Czech law), I provide comprehensive legal services to individuals and legal entities, be it in matters related to your business, personal interests or everyday life. I specialise in environmental law (including legal services related to e. g. animals, land or waste management), real estate law (transfers, easements, co-ownership, spatial planning, etc.) and administrative law (e. g. proceedings before administrative authorities, including foreigners matters). In addition, I also provide legal advice in all ordinary matters, including commercial, civil, family, inheritance, labour and criminal law.
In addition to practicing law as an attorney-at-law, I also work as a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Environmental Law, Faculty of Law, Charles University. I regularly publish in the field of environmental law. Thanks to this, I am able to connect theory with practice in my work and thus provide legal services at a high level.
Each case is unique, which is why I approach every client individually with the aim of finding the most suitable solution for them from a financial and time point of view. I make sure that the client can fully trust me and rely on me. Thanks to my teaching experience, I am able to communicate with clients in a language that is easy to understand even for lay people.
I provide legal services in Czech, English, French and Spanish.
